Preparación :
- Preheat skillet over medium heat, approximately 3 minutes.
- Add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add wine, tomatoes, 1½ tablespoons parsley, capers, oregano, basil, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper; stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add water and orzo; continue to cook for 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook, stirring, until shrimp turns pink, about 2½ minutes.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and the remaining parsley.
- Remove handles, place skillet in oven and broil uncovered until the feta is bubbly, about 10 minutes.
